Join UD alumni for the first event of its kind in southern Delaware. Learn how to make your favorite Big Fish dish! The class with begin with coffee and breakfast at 10 a.m. You’ll meet the chef, take a tour of the Seafood Market and learn how to fillet a whole fish. Enjoy an appetizer, soup and salad and then participate in the entrée demonstration. If you still have room, you’ll also be treated to dessert. This comprehensive cooking class is normally $75 but with special funding from the UD Alumni Association we’re able to offer it at the discounted rate of $65 per person. Due to limited space, each alumni can only purchase two tickets.
