Earth Day Clean-Up with DC Blue Hens

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens (1550 Anacostia Ave NE, Washington, DC 20019)

Cost: Free

We'll be partnering with the Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Garden and spending the morning removing invasive plants, picking up trash, planting native plants and performing other park projects.

When the work is done, we are invited to join the watershed-wide Earth Day celebration at a nearby location (TBD). The celebration will include free food and drink, live music, local exhibitors and speakers.

Children under 18 must be with adult.

By Car: Enter the park at the Anacostia Ave. entrance to access the free visitors parking lot.
By Metro: Kenilworth is accessible via the Deanwood Metro stop (orange line).

Registration closes April 15. Unfortunately, walk-ins will not be permitted.
