Join Seattle Blue Hens for everyone's favorite class at the Pantry: how to create delicious pizza at home!

Chef Laura Pyles is going to show you how to create perfectly blistered pies in your home oven. You’ll learn how to make pizza dough, how to achieve a slow rise for maximum flavor, how to shape and stretch the dough and how to successfully transfer your pizzas to and from the oven. We’ll top our pizzas with uncooked tomato sauce, fresh cheeses and various other cured meats and vegetables before sitting down to eat them straight from the heat!

Transportation: There's plenty of parking in the neighborhood surrounding the Pantry. Busses 15 and D will drop you off two blocks away from the Pantry.

This event is open to alumni and their guests age 12 and older.

Registration closes December 14, 2017. Unfortunately, walk-ins will not be permitted.
