Chemistry and Biochemistry Alumni and Friends ACS Reception

Sunday, March 22 | 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Hard Rock Cafe | 1113 Market St., Philadelphia PA 19107

UD students, faculty, alumni and graduates of the chemical and biomolecular engineering and chemistry and biochemistry departments are invited to a free, private reception after the first day of the American Chemical Society National Meeting & Expo in Philadelphia.

Network, reminisce and reconnect with fellow Blue Hens. There will be heavy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails (your first two are on us—cash bar thereafter). Remarks from leadership of departments and the College of Arts and Sciences will begin at 6 p.m.

In addition, there will be special recognition of longtime professor John L. Burmeister, who joined the faculty in 1964!

Many thanks to the College of Arts and Sciences, the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and ADESIS for their sponsorship of this reception.

There is a limit of two tickets per party. Kindly register in advance for planning purposes.
