The University of Delaware's popular Land and Sea Lecture Series is celebrating its 25th year with four stimulating morning lectures this March on the Hugh R. Sharp Campus in Lewes.

Dr. Walter Broadnax, Distinguished Professor of Public Administration at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, will discuss leadership skills for the 21st century public administrator.
