Each semester, the Office of Alumni Relations sponsors one or more interns. The T. Elbert Chance Internship may be available for 3 credits, typically through the English Department or the Communications Department, although students majoring in other departments will be considered. The Chance Intern has the opportunity to learn about marketing and public relations for alumni club events, homecoming, reunions and other office-coordinated events. Writing and editing may be emphasized for English credit. The internship is named in honor of T. Elbert Chance '52, former Director of the Alumni Office as well as former voice of Blue Hen football.
