The Class of 1962 will be celebrating their milestone reunion during UD's 4th annual Alumni Weekend - June 1-3, 2012

The Class of 1962 Reunion will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 6-11 p.m. at the Roselle Center for the Arts.
50th reunion activities during Alumni Weekend:
Friday, June 1:
-- A golf outing is being organized by Tom Schonauer ‘62. More information will be available soon.
-- Mug Night! $35 (includes all you can eat and drink beer or wine) the committee is hosting a gathering area in the Gold Tent from 8:00 – 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 2:
-- Blue Hen 5K Walk/Run, $20. Members of the 50th class are encouraged to join the 50th reunion team. Contact Jean Cozza Bonney for more information at jecbonney@gmail.com.
-- Gold Guard Program where 50th reunion members are inducted into the Gold Guard, $35
9:30 a.m. - Gold Guard members arrive for bus tour
10 - 11 a.m. - Campus bus tour
11 - 11:30 a.m.- Gold Guard registration & reception
11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. - Gold Guard Luncheon and Pinning Ceremony where 50th reunion members are inducted into the Gold Guard
12:45 - 1:30 p.m. - Connecting with classmates with music provided by String Theory, members of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute music group
1:30 p.m. - Bus to State of the University, President Dr. Patrick Harker's overview of the University
2- 3:15 p.m. - State of the University address
3:30 p.m. - Bus returns to Clayton Hall
6:00 - 11:00 p.m. 50th Class Reunion Celebration at Puglisi Hall in Roselle Center for the Arts (CFA), $25. Program includes cash bar, buffet dinner, a program featuring the chairs of the reunion committee, photograph slideshow, a memories booklet DVD and a performance by Deltones alumni.
Shuttles will be available from Courtyard Marriott to Center for the Arts from 5:00 – 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 – 11:30 p.m. CFA parking garage costs do apply if driving.
Sunday, June 3:
-- 10:00 a.m.-12noon - 50th Reunion Farewell Brunch at Courtyard Marriott, $25. Minimum of 25 reservations required by May 3.

Don’t forget that you’ll be able to book a room in UD’s newest residence halls as well. For less than $75 you can get a suite (four beds and bathroom) in the Independence Complex residence halls (site of former Pencader Complex). Dorm registration will go live in the new year so stay tuned!
The Class of 1962 and the University of Delaware would like to thank and remember J. Richard "Rich" Tucker '62. Rich served as the Programming Chair for the Class of 1962 reunion until he passed away on Nov. 15. A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Rich is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara Graham Tucker. Please visit UDaily to read more about Rich and his legacy.
50th reunion committee meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month. All meetings will be held in the Development & Alumni Relations Bookstore (83 E. Main Street) at noon unless otherwise noted.
