Meet and greet UD and Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco
Joe Flacco is a guest at Mother's Federal Hill Grille on September 15th at 7 p.m. for their "Monday Night Chalk Talk." This event begins at 7:00 PM and is open to the public. Following "Chalk Talk," Joe will stay, hang out and mingle with UD Alums and watch some of the Monday Night Football game with us (Eagles at Cowboys)! We hope you can join us and make sure to wear your UD gear!
The event is free and Mother's has great Happy Hour and Monday night specials, so come early and stay late.

UD Football Watch Parties - 2008 Season
Join the UD Baltimore Alumni Club to cheer on the Blue Hens throughout the season. Don't Know Tavern will host all televised UD Football games as well as offering food and drink specials to all UD fans wearing UD gear. For the August 30 game vs. Maryland, sister bar No Idea Tavern will host the event. Check the Events Calendar for more details on the games, dates, specials and location. Past alumni club events have included: - Baltimore Orioles vs. Yankees - Over 120 UD alums met, mingled and enjoyed the Baltimore Alumni Club's event at Camden Yards! Alums ate on the sixth floor of the Ballpark Warehouse that overlooked Oriole Park and were treated to a talk and presentation by Nicole Sherry '02. Sherry is the Head Groundskeeper at Oriole Park and she spoke about the daily trials and tribulations of field maintenance. Nicole's slideshow and anecdotes were priceless and shortly after her presentation, alums could look out the warehouse windows and see her on the field, preparing the diamond for the game.
- "Rediscover UD" with President Harker – A total of 78 UD alumni, parents and current and former faculty members gathered to reconnect with the University and meet UD President Patrick Harker on April 24, 2008 in Baltimore. Harker's talk highlighted recent accomplishments at the University and his goals, including plans to continue to build national and international ties with other universities as UD continues on its Path to Prominence. The event was held in the Watertable Lounge of the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel, and the room provided an exceptional view of the city's Inner Harbor (photos from the event).
- A private event at the Red Star Bar and Grill in Fell's Point
- Pre-game tailgates for UD football and basketball games in the area
- A networking event at Ropewalk Tavern
- A night at Oriole Park with food at the Camden Yards Banquet Room
- Special performance of the UD Chorale at the Center Club in the Inner Harbor
- Reception at the Radisson Plaza
- Food and drinks at Nick's Fish House in South Baltimore
- Annual gatherings for the Orioles and the Ravens
- A networking event at Planet Hollywood
