Homecoming 2014

This year’s Homecoming football game will be played against Towson University on Saturday, October 18, 2014. The tentative game time is 12:30 p.m. due to television scheduling.

The Student Homecoming Committee is planning a week filled with events for all Blue Hens to celebrate their UD spirit. The UD Amazing Race will return for the second year along with daily Spirit Stations and an Alternative Tailgate. Alumni events include affinity reunions, a step show, the Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement and the all-alumni Goalpost Party following the football game.

The Homecoming Pep Rally will be held Friday evening, and on Saturday, we will crown a new Homecoming King & Queen while we cheer the Blue Hens to victory.

If your group, department or college is interesting in holding an event during Homecoming 2014, and wish to be added to the master schedule, contact Michael Yancey, Associate Director, Homecoming & Reunions.

Interested in being the next Homecoming King or Queen? Campaigning will begin in September 2014, and more information will be posted once the "primary" dates are set.
