Homecoming Weekend 2012 - October 19-21
Monday, October 15:
- Student Kickoff event, 7:00 p.m. (more to come!)
Friday, October 19:
- Homecoming Kickoff, Blue Hens on Main
- Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement Awards Ceremony
Saturday, October 20:
- President's Homecoming Luncheon
- UD Fightin' Blue Hens Football vs. Rhode Island

Homecoming Court Requirements
- Candidates must be full-time, undergraduate students, must be currently enrolled in at least 12 credit hours and expect to graduate in the spring of 2013.
- Must hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- No academic or disciplinary infractions can occur during the duration of the process.
- Must be involved in at least one club or organization on campus.
- Top female and male students will be chosen by the Homecoming Student committee will then run in an election for the positions of Homecoming King & Queen.
- All semifinalists will be required to attend the football game on Saturday, October 21, 2012. Each semifinalist will be given 1 extra ticket for a non-UD guest. Of course ALL UD students get in free with their student ID.
- All semifinalists must attend all mandated Homecoming events (only accepted absence is class).

Applications will be due on September 19 and an online application will be posted on this webpage (TBA).
Campaigning for Homecoming King & Queen may begin after the Mandatory Homecoming Court Meeting on October 1.
